Yes — you can send us a print-ready PDF and we’ll arrange printing. Alternatively, you can organise printing yourself and have materials sent directly to us for distribution.
We usually begin and complete distribution within the same week. Around 100 posters typically take 1–2 weeks. During busy periods such as the Fringe, this may take longer.
Posters generally remain up until your event ends, unless removed by external parties, which is uncommon.
We accept posters up to A3 size. We do not offer outdoor or billboard advertising.
We distribute across a wide network of venues including bars, cafés, hostels, and other approved indoor locations. While we don’t track every individual placement, we can provide a list of the regular locations on our routes.
Yes — once the job is complete, we provide a photo gallery showing placements so you can see where your posters have been displayed. If requested, we can also provide the full batch of photos.
Once we agree on the contract, we will send you an invoice. Our preferred payment method is bank transfer, with payment expected within one week of the invoice date.
Yes — we only distribute in permitted areas and follow Edinburgh council guidelines.
No — we don’t do hand-to-hand flyering. We only place flyer bundles inside venues such as bars and cafés.
