Extended Coverage – Distribution across central Edinburgh, Leith, and key surrounding areas for broad city visibility with selective duplication.
Enhanced Coverage – Wider reach with additional placements, strategic duplication in high-footfall areas, and reposting during your campaign period to maintain visibility.
Full Saturation – Maximum impact coverage. Posters are placed across all viable locations, reinforced with duplicate placements, and revisited during your live run to ensure consistent, high-frequency exposure.

Flyer distribution is indoor placement only. We place flyer bundles in venues such as pubs, cafés, hostels, and other approved locations.
We do not offer hand-to-hand street flyering.

Note on flyer thickness:
Standard lightweight flyers are included in pricing. Heavier or thick-card flyers (e.g. postcard-style stock) require significantly more handling and transport effort.
A surcharge of £30 per 1,000 flyers applies to heavier stock.

When booking a minimum of 100 posters + 2,000 flyers receive a 10% discount on distibution costs.

We don’t just focus on overcrowded walls — we balance distribution to give your promotion broader and more effective coverage.
Posters on major walls typically remain in place until your event ends. In smaller venues, materials are rotated approximately every 2 weeks to allow a wider range of shows to be featured.
We place your show where the audience is captive, undistracted and ready to read.

Due to limited availability during the Fringe, booking is secured in advance.
Bookings made from July onwards require full payment upfront at the time of booking.
The Fringe is an extremely busy period, and our processes are designed to ensure efficient and reliable delivery for all clients.
Progress Updates & Photos
We provide a photo set of your distribution once the work is complete. A full collection is available upon request.
We do not send progress photos during the job, as this slows down distribution during peak periods.
However, we post regular updates on our Instagram stories and posts, where you’ll often see your materials being placed in real time.
Locations & Routes
We do not provide a list of every individual placement.
We can share the general route your materials have been distributed on, along with typical venues included in that route.
Festival routes can vary year to year, as additional venues participate during August.
If you require individually tagged locations for each poster or flyer:
• £25 if arranged in advance
• £50 if requested during or after distribution
Venue Requests
If you have specific venues or areas in mind, you’re welcome to suggest them when booking.
If they fall within our routes — or are possible to include — we will do our best to accommodate.
Please note: it is much easier to include requests if agreed before distribution begins. We may not be able to accommodate individual placement requests once work is underway.
